Can I open up my Acai VegiCaps and use the powder in foods?
I recently purchased the "100% Premium Acai VegiCaps" and was wondering if it was safe to open up the casing and mix the powder in other foods. I know for a lot of other prescription medicines it's not recommended, but since this is OTC, a supplement, and the capsule is all-natural, I would assume it's safe; since I'd rather not risk it though, I'm asking.
